So my boyfriends mom, found out he sneaked out just to see me and we spent like the night together. When he came home his mom found his hickey. And she found out about him sneaking out coming to my house and me giving him a hickey. She wants to talk to my mother, but I’m trying to convince her not too. And she wants to talk to me and my boyfriend. How should I talk to her and what should I say? Please help.

You are an adult, and presumably he's an adult too. He doesn't have to "sneak out." He should just say "Hey, I'm going over to my girlfriend's. I may stay the night. Don't wait up."

How should you talk to her? "Hi, Mrs. ... What did you want to talk about? Your son and I are adults, and I will not discuss the details of our relationship with you. Was there anything else?"

TL;DR -- DO NOT APOLOGIZE for normal adult behavior that is none of her business. If your boyfriend won't tell her the same, consider whether you want to continue dating a little boy.

Tell her what you did was irresponsible and that you regret doing it. Inform her you won't be inviting him over at night without the permission of adults from now on. Take the blame for it. There really isn't much you can do besides that. If she forgives you and doesn't tell your mother, great! If she doesn't forgive you and she tells your mother, make that same claim to her.

In a way, yes. If you do blame yourself it will seem very responsible. You don't need to say "it's all my fault" or but rather "I shouldn't have invited your son to my house without your permission." Don't say "well he suggested it" or something like that. That just seems petty.
