Hey guys I'm busy with work but i still managed to make free time for her at work i even took off day a week just to spend time with her and I ended up everyday waited for 10+ hours just to get 1 reply from her and her excuses was me getting busy or no mood to talk is it my fault?

Being busy is a sign of being better, it's not your fault. If she feels you are spending less time together, offer her the weekends that we will spend weekends together. If she refuses, then your relationship won't probably last long because you need a partner who understands that you are busy and can't be always together
