Would you break up with someone because they lied to you?

I'm talking about big lies, not a small white lie. For example if they say that their parents are dead then you find out they're alive, or they're pretending to be different nationality. Or would you give a second chance?

I can't build a relationship on lies, a relationship is build on trust and if someone lies, you can't trust which kills the whole point of being in a relationship with them

It would depend what they lied about. And how long have I been dating them? If we're really new then possibly yeah. Because if you're going to start off by lying to me then it's probably not going to get better.
