Anyone find it weird that women complain about how house chores should be split when they don't even offer to help at all with outdoor chores?

Women will complain til blue in the face that these tasks seen as house chores need to be split:
Dishes
Cleaning
Laundry
Vacuuming
Mopping/sweeping
Etc

And this is even though men DO help out with these chores

However women never even attempt to help with tasks seen as outdoor chores:
Cut the grass
Cut hedges
Weed eat
Wash house
Wash cars
Etc

I just find it funny how women want to split tasks seen as woman's work, and yet have no interest in helping with tasks seen as men's work. Not to say I'd let my woman sweat out in the yard pushing the lawnmower while I sit on the couch watching TV, but I just find it pretty hypocritical to talk about splitting chores when what they really seem to mean is they want to split "their" chores

When my husband was alive, we both did all the chores... We did the yardwork together, or took turns with the Shoveling and raking leaves.. And my daughters both had to help with the yard when they got old enough to do so... I know lots of couples that do the yard work together, And when women are single or widowed, who do you think does their yardwork🤔 they do it themselves... 🤷🏼‍♀️

That's funny because, I don't think I have ever seen my husband help me in the garden, pressure wash the drive way, or wash a car. In fact I take care of 90% of our automotive maintenance.

Let's get real here for a second... mowing the lawn and weedeating is done at max once a week. Washing the house.. or cleaning the gutters once a year... You should be washing the dishes, cooking, and wiping off the counters and sweeping every day. Vaccuming, moping, cleaning the bathrooms, and laundry should be done at least once a week if not more often depending on dirty things get.

You forgot fix plumbing leaks, pick up after the animals (poop), take out the trash, and work a 40 hour job. And the outside stuff, depending on where you live is often done in 90+ degree heat. (Or you can get up early to do it on your day off after working all week so you get no rest.)

The house chores are very easy. I'd gladly trade all of the outside work for the house chores.

I actually love cleaning so I never really complain about chores. I do both inside and outside chores since my husband isn't ever here to help me with either type of chores
