Guys, Would You Ever Be In A Relationship With A Woman That's Taller Than You?
I’m six foot so this most likely will never be a problem for me. But I did date a 5’ 11’’ girl one time and she was slightly taller than me when she wore heels and could completely care less. Seriously.
Listen up ladies. Just because you think about height all the time it doesn’t mean the men obsess over this. The vast majority of us don’t. It’s very low on the dating priority list. Like reason number 129 out of 150 reasons to date a woman.
Stop obsessing over it. Instead focus on what men really say they want. We don’t lie about what we want.
Never actually thought about this! Probably because I am 6’4” and most girls are shorter than me. But if I’m being 100% honest, the answer is no, I would not want to be in a relationship with a woman who was taller than me. I could do it if she was the exact same height, but not taller. Not sure if it’s an “alpha male” thing, or what, but looking up at my girl would be strange for me!
If I was single and liked the man in other ways, sure. And if my current husband was shorter, it wouldn't bother me. I love him anyway. Not sure why the height question is something so many people care so much about when it makes no different to feelings. I'm 5'10, and my shoe size is 38.
I guess height doesn’t really matter if there’s mutual respect and the couple really love each other I don’t see any problem. In my case, yes I had been with a couple of girls like that in my life, and if you don’t point at it doesn’t even matter that much.
Yes, I'd be open to it, but I prefer smaller girls. also few girls are taller than me at 182 cm. Sure, I'm average height, so I'm rarely the tallest guy, but girls usually just don't get all that tall.
Height just isn't a deal breaker on its own for me, nor most guys I think.
Oh, you tried to convert my cm value into feet? And skipped the fraction. Basically I'm closer to 5'12 then 5'11 5'12 is 182,88 cm, so *almost* 183 cm. While 5'11 is 180,34 cm. I'm just a lot closer to 183 cm then 180 cm, so That's the way I'd probably round. And then there's always pride. ;-)
@Secret6620 You already know that I'm 182 cm. On the sho size side of things... My preferred shoes right now is European size 42. But it varies a bit between brands, so occasionally I end up with shoes in a neighbouring size.
Ohhh HELL yeah , I've never quite had the chance , been even , but I always have adored tall women , and I love tall women in HIGH shoes , making them even taller , its really HOT to me , back in the day , there seemed less tall women around.
Thankyou , but its simply the truth , I wish I could be 25 again , with a really tall partner who didn't mind that I was shorter , if we had children Id wish they had her height , over 6 ft 2 ins :) , hot for me.
And that would make me feel better for them :) , in AFL football , if you are short and speedy ( which is under 6 ft 1in ) you have to work x 5 times as hard , to a really tall dude , who just lumbers around :)
I am currently. She's only taller by an inch though. Apparently I am the first guy she's dated who is shorter than her, and she's the first girl I've dated who is taller than me, but it doesn't really change anything that I've noticed..
Wouldn't mind a taller girlfriend, in my own opinion I think for a lot of men, they don't care about a woman's height, I guess it just a matter of preference. But I've found that a good handful of women would say they wouldn't date a man if they're are shorter than them
I've heard a lot of women say they couldn't date a man thats shorter than them because they don't want to look down when they're looking at their S/o. And that they want someone who's tall even enough to where if they are wearing heels they can still look up and their S/o is taller than them
Absolutely. I'm 5'10 so about average. If I find you physically and emotionally attractive then there isn't much that height or weight can do to stop me. I also imagine that some sexual positions are easier.

I am dating someone shorter than me at the moment but it doesn't matter if they are short as long as they are nice! I understand that others have different perspectives on this and thats fine but i think people should focus on how a person is rather then how they look.
At 6'2 there are not many women taller than me but no I wouldn't have a problem with in a relationship with a taller woman. If she's tall enough I don't have to bend down to kiss her boob. lmao. No seriously it doesn't bother me
I wouldn't have any trouble with a taller woman if she was compatible with me in other ways that actually matter to me. I think height matters more to women than to men in general.
No, to me that's quite the turn off, but I'm pretty tall so I don't have a problem in dating shorter women, since most women are already shorter than me
Yes I would. Only a few inches since she may like to wear heels and I don’t want her to stop wearing them because of me (and I don’t want to look like her child when she’s wearing them).
Yes, absolutely. I like when a girl is tall and statuesque. Not so easy in the US as I'm roughly 6ft, but here in Europe especially younger girls are very tall.
For personal reasons, i prefer not to since im a neck biter during sex, and i hate feeling short, as for the other 2 questions, I'm 6ft.75 inches, and i wear 13 wide shoes.
I have been in relationships with women taller than me but they didn't tower over me. A majority of the time a woman that towers over a guy will not even give him the time of day.
I’m taller than most of the girls that I know. I rarely have met a girl that is taller than me and I’m only 5’9. I’ve met a girl taller than me twice. It’s 50/50
I was flat footed/duck footed when I was young. When I ran track in high school, my coach taught me to run and walk toward the outer edges of my feet. I still do that. A few of the tracks, including Wellesley were special cork and asphalt. I ran on those barefoot.

Yes, I agree with you. my girlfriend loves to see me with heels to be honest with you, she was the one who introduced me to femininity. before, I was rather manly lol
5'4", and I think 8, I haven't bought shoes in over 5 years. Last time I bought them I bought 3 pairs and wore each for a few years. I need a new pair though.
