I will sometimes (if it's an ongoing issue) talk to my best friend about it. He's has aspburgers and tends to see things in a more rational, logical light (fairly different from myself 😅)

Helps to get some perspective on how to approach the issue from a different angle and it has helped.

I don't engage in social media posts, gossipy, venting to vent, involving family type of bullshit though.

I don't think my husband and I have gotten in a real fight in years. My best friend and I are pretty open with each other about our lives. We've been best friends since first grade and are each married. We tell each other when our husbands annoy us but I don't think either of us has gotten in a fight with our spouses in a number of years, if ever.

I don't tell anything, I honestly also always kept it to myself when I was dating someone and my friends wouldn't even know that I was talking to a guy.
Only the last, I introduced him to my family and they knew about us but everyone else didn't knew that we were even talking on a daily basis lol

we did not fight much in the first place, and the few times we did, it didn't last long... most of the times the drama was over before there was a "chance" to tell anybody or for anybody to find out... lol

Don’t fight. Never have. We push each others buttons, occasionally. But even then it’s always through good intentions and stubbornness. No telling on each other.
