I struggle a lot with yelling due to trauma. He doesn’t like it. Usually, I’m yelling at myself, and not at him. I’ll really only yell at him about household tasks, and even then no name calling or anything. He was fed up, I don’t blame him: I was just wondering if it’s even possible he’d ever have me back

Glad you’re in therapy, but this is a situation that he likely will not want to come back to. No one wants to be in a verbally abusive relationship. Yes, a verbally abusive relationship….
He said he wants space and if you two are both healed and matured, then maybe you two can get back together. But, the healing and maturing process could take months or years..
