He stopped talking to me out of nowhere. He broke my heart because he’s the one I lost my virginity too and did everything together. I was genuine and pure to him. And I thought he liked me. I want him to come back, he’s moving though. Do you think he will come back even though he’s moving.

I don't believe he is coming back. You gave him what he wanted--another notch. Think of it this way. If a guy is only interest in a fling, is he more likely to get what he wants by being truthful up front or by letting you believe he is serious?
