Was a good decision for my relationship?

I'm so suspicious and it's hard for me to trust on someone...
My boyfriend is always hearing me how I complain about if he is cheating me.. We had had discussion for my jealousy or when he posted something on Facebook and her friends commented... Some post are just for fun but I taked them so seriously that causes problems..
So he told me "sometimes I get angry and bored being fighting with u about your jealous"
For now, doesn't give me a reason to losw
So I decided to silence his publications on social media like fb and Instagram to don't over thinking about a cheating and stop my complains...
It was a good decision.. Right?
