it's okay, but if he goes to your friend a lot, then your boyfriend needs to tell you sometimes. it's okay for him to go see his friend who's downstairs, and hell, maybe go with him sometimes since his friend wants to take your boyfriend away from you! so that his friend sees that your boyfriend is with you, he might back down a bit sometimes and not disturb your quality time. but trust me, i've had my boyfriend do that sometimes, and it bothered me so much but keeping quiet and hoping the boyfriend will think it out on his own will not happen. if you dont say guys will keep doing what they think they can. also, saying what you want or dont want isn't needy, it's called communication. but dont be too needy also. hope this helped
