To tell someone- (give them spaces ) it sounds like a stretched comment.
To say- ( meet other people ) is only said by single friends with stupid intentions.
Nothing ull hear is good enough. But this will help.
He might be ur first or u have daddy issues, that are in need to be resolved or just trust issues. But its ok. Just know that u may hurt urself (heartbreak). Ull be ok. Someone will love that side of u. Might be him or someone after.

I used to believe that 50/50 relationships exist but i think no relationship is ever that perfect. Just be happy that he loves you and possibly dial down yourself. You dont want love to turn to obsession because that always ends badly for everyone.
I don't think you have anything else going for yourself, that's why your obsessed about him. If you looked at him as someone you appreciate rather than someone you need then you'd be better off
you need to distract your mind from him
get as busy as possible at work , or school/college , that will solve the problemYou just need to find new interests outside of your relationship. Or seek out a therapist.
