Who should pay for my train ticket and hotel?

I’m in a long distance relationship with this guy. I visited him 3 times and every time I pay for my train ticket and hotel. He paid for my train ticket the first time (but only to get there, not return home). Should I expect him to pay? I find it odd that he doesn’t even offer. Does he even like me?

Who pays for meals and entertainment when you are there? Assuming you are both working and earning about the same, you should split the total expenses for the trip: travel, hotel, and joint expenses.

He should have paid for your hotel and meals, and if he makes a lot more money than you, he should have paid for everything.
