How would you feel about your s/o sharing poems they wrote to express theirselves to you?

If your s/o best felt they can express their thoughts and feelings through poems would you find it weird? They are willing to discuss everything expressed in the poem in depth, but it is the best way for them to put everything on the table because they can articulate thoughts and feelings better through their poems.
