AITA for ghosting my boyfriend?

Anxie-Tea
My boyfriend has a friend that I don't approve of. I'm 18, he's 17, the friend is also 17. He lives at home which is fine but often invites this friend over. For the last two years, he's come to me every time the friend manipulates, lies, and just overall does something toxic. From saying they'd kill themselves to saying my boyfriend hates them for not going somewhere. Overall shithouse. I absolutely despise the friend and I've had my boyfriend pick which one of us he wanted to continue building a relationship with. The boyfriend picked me, then continued talking to the person in secret. After I found out, I gave up with the situation. My boyfriend says the person apologized and would change, but I still don't like them at all. I said whatever and he could do whatever he wanted, but I didn't want to hear the drama with that friend anymore. Recently they've been hanging out a lot compared to when me and my boyfriend hangs out. Which happens, but yk. Then it turns out that friend has me blocked on *all* social media. Which means it's a very clear dislike between us. I've just kinda gave up on the situation as a whole and told my boyfriend that I'd just talk to him when that person isn't there with him anymore. I feel like my decision was rude to my boyfriend, but a significant amount of his mental issues stem from this friend. I absolutely despise them.
