The fact that you are mentioning the word dilemma, this tells everything. Firstly, if she loves you that much in the first place you would not be her ex and she would not have to pick between you and someone else.
Secondly, even if she decides she wants you , how would you be sure that she won't change her mind and say she likes the new boyfriend.
i believe that it is healthier , that you find someone else and leave the past behind.
