Too soon for a relationship?

I've been dating a guy for 4 wks and he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes because I like him but I don’t feel like I’m in a relationship with him (it’s been a week since he asked me). I was a bit surprised he asked and I feel like maybe it was too soon. I haven’t been in a relationship in a few years and had just started dating. I don't know what to do, help lol

It comes down to what you think is appropriate. You do not know each other after 4 weeks, no matter how much you chat. If you are comfortable being intimate with (emotionally or physically, or both) and committed to someone you barely know, then go ahead down this road. I don't personally recommend it though.

Just see where it goes.
Right now you are both seeing the other person's representative.
But you are exclusive.
Once you can start farting in front of each other, then you will get to see how they really are.

Typically you two talk. You get to know each other better and you go on dates

You become exclusive (just you two, no one else). That's pretty much the only difference, no need to overthink it.
