Is my girlfriend being too jealous?

So to be very frank I fear that my relationship of 3 years might be coming to an end. Because I feel like I was in relationship with a different person.

My girlfriend the love of my life. Has been getting jealous over very very very normal things that she is say were there from the beginning. She does not like it when I shake hands with other females, she's being overly jealous about girls touching me... It's hand shake. I'm not sure what is going on or what to do after talking about it she said that she fears losing me. I know she's not going to lose me but if she keeps acting like this... Bi just don't know I'm I just to okay with everything?

Another example. Like there is this event coming up and my colleague at work invited the whole office like 10 people for lunch before the event just to celebrate. My girlfriend went into a fit started crying saying that I can not go to a girls house... Like huh?


I'm really lost I feel empty and confused.

How do I get my girlfriend to see that her way is just... I don't know too much...

I adore you. I want to be with you until the very end. I see only you. But this jealousy is pushing us apart and it's breaking my heart. I'm really lost I feel empty and confused.

If she's worth it, you may just need to ride it out. Through all the toxic situations to come. Maybe she can explain what she's feeling. Maybe she doesn't know what the problem is. Maybe therapy would help. And hopefully you can steer you both to a better place.
