Why won't my Girlfriend tell me what's wrong?

Sometimes I see my Girlfriend have tears in her eyes or she acts and speaks differently, whenever I ask her "What's wrong?" or "Are you ok?" She responds with "Nothings Wrong." or "I'm fine.". We have known each other since grade 3 and she can always tell me, she chooses not to.

The list of possible reasons is endless, she may not know exactly why herself. But she's clearly experiencing something intense, and what you don't want to do is add stress to that, by trying to bully her into telling you about it.
You should let her know that you're there if she needs you, or wants to tell you about it (this means you're listening, not talking), you could ask her if there's anything she thinks you could do to help in anyway (she'll probably say there's not, or that she doesn't know, in either case ask her if she wants a hug).
Keep in mind she might ask you to just give her some space, if so that's what you should do. Just tell her OK, if you wanna talk, I'm here. Then go find something to do, but don't be rude, or do it out of spite, don't ghost her if she comes and asks you about something. OK.

girls tend to do that when they really like a guy because if theyre always sad it can make people not want to be around them. I've lost 3 three friends from having depression and i wouldn't want to lose my boyfriend too

That me something traumatic. I wouldn't ask again BUT I would let her know (flowers) that tears do not scare you. If it was me... something like that... not an expert !!!

Guys, we have to stop thinking that flowers make everything better, they don't. Even if they did, you have to see how at best it would be a temporary fix, because they die. Whatever magic they had to fix things would die with them.
I'm not saying to never but a girl flowers, just stop doing it to try to fix a problem, especially one you know nothing about.

It's not easy for some to say what's on their mind if they think it's silly even though it clearly affects them. It would be good to be inquire about it while being considerate.
