Yes, but you have to work for it and stand strong for it. Can't just leave or look elsewhere as soon as there's an issue, that makes for weak relationships.
Even the most altruistic and loving person has their motivations and if you take away the reward mechanism for altruism away from an altruist then they will cease to be altruistic.
There are no soulmates, there is no true love, etc. We just get drunk on that emotion and desperately want it to mean more than it actually does.
If the person loves you unconditionally, there will be no end even if you end it… parents and children’s love are examples. You can change spouses and partners but never parents and children
Yes, but it proved my point. "Unconditional" has a lot of weight (like the word "eternity") and should be treated with the proper respect such a title would donate.
Unconditional love is inhuman when you really understand what "unconditional" means.
In a perfect world yes, anything is possible I would have loved to love just one person for the rest of my life, but it didn't work out but trying to still work at it anyone that has that is very lucky and should be the happiest couple on the planet
No it’s a terrible model for the survival of out species. Humans once puberty is reached seek and crave sex and no matter ho much you love snd are attracted to someone eventually you get bored of them. It’s just live you’ll always be attracted to others
When attracted to someone it does not necessarily mean you ask her out. for me it's the mindset. if you have stay for years without dating then you will realize its not the attraction that counts
I don't know... I had no one like that so far. I've met someone who is close to soul mate but I ran away from seeing number 666 2 times. I had someone who sees 777 a lot of times but I broke up with him. He use too much drugs. I mean party is all he wants not me.

No, people only love you for as long as it is convenient for them to do so.
Then they never loved you

I bet if somebody tortured your parents for long enough they could psychologically condition them to hate your guts and then torture you in turn.
Torture is a condition that can break any love so therefore love is not a unconditional.
That’s an extreme situation…

I believe it exists and I hope to find it some day!
There used to be, but probably not in this day and age, not anymore. Our society isn’t conducive to successive long term relationships.

Yes if both people are committed to each other and want the relationship to last. Definitely
It’s what we make of it. As long as my partner is here with me and we both work towards that - yes.
Yes, I do, but I don't think I'll ever find that special person.
Not with that attitude you won't
@Kudos4U What "attitude"?
What you think has an effect on what you find, and if that's how you think then you probably won't find that special person.
I sincerely hope that my husband will stay with me forever
Definitely... But that only exist in the heavens not on Earth.
Yes, but there are some doggedly determined to destroy the very concept of it.
It's scam... no one stay forever.
Even your breath is not loyal to you one day your breath also gonna leave you.
Stop believing in this nonsense.
There can be. But it doesn't JUST HAPPEN. The "we" has to be more important than the "me". Most relationships don't qualify.
I belive it exist for people who still believe in the concept
I believe so. I think there is faith in that, as I've seen it before.
I believe that it exists as a concept. Not sure if I'm ever going to find it or not lol. But I will continue to hope!

I mean considering they survive like 10 years in nature, that's not so hard to believe XD

Yes I do. Out of 8 billion people out there, there are several hundreds of millions who are happily in love.
