I don't want to celebrate my birthday. Is my girlfriend right to be upset?

For personal reasons, I don't like to celebrate my own birthday. However, I am perfectly happy to celebrate other's. I told this to my girlfriend, and she initially seemed to be understanding. However, now that the day is coming closer, she first started to propose ideas, then got increasingly upset as I politely declined. It culminated with her saying she's not sure she wants to stay with someone who won't celebrate their own birthday. Does she have a point?

Well that's aw I like it d isolation☺️, so I can relate but in your case your girlfriend is overreacting😂 I'll say, it shouldn't be up to a break-up but also I feel she wants to have an impact in the relationship, make that change in you✌️, see birthdays the way she pictures them n love them the way she would🌝.
