I live in the same neighborhood with my ex, and I always feel nervous if I run into him. How would you act in such a situation? Should I talk or act as if I didn't see him?

Honestly it all depends on the they type of no contact order. Depends if you filed for it or he did, and for what reason. But you have to read it very carefully and understand it.

So if accidently run into him, you need to turn around a leave. he can take you back to court over it, but the judge would rule on it based upon the merits if you honestly just bumped into him by accident I think the judge would take the circumstance into consideration.
