Most people in general are governed by their hearts. There wouldn't be so many druggies, pedophiles, divorced couples, and single parents if it were not so.

Not so sure about the numbers you are mentioning. Your conclusion would make sens if the majority of people engaged in those activities most of the time. But against druggies, pedos, etc, there are many people who are not like that, and many good projects and advances in society have been made. We need to get the facts right before we can conclude if people are mostly governed by their heart or their minds based on what they do.

Depends on the girl. Many women learn that following your heart way too much does tons of damage. For me personally I go into things depending on the circumstance.
