I've really hurt my girlfriend, an she thinks I dont love her anymore , what do I do? she's also being assessed for autism?

I will start off saying she is agoraphobic through personal reasons.. she's been to my flat twice. But i have dropped the bombshell after being with her 5 years i can't come to hers anymore because her parents yell (an she must make the effort to see me) cause eventually she's got to move in. She accused me of puting too much pressure on her. An she's been hurt enough in her life. She said we was gonna take it in stages cause of her mental health an I've not considered her. I told her i wasn't coming a day before i was supposed. She said i seem fine not seeing her but she's not which proves i dont love her anymore.

What do i do am i really being a as*h*le.

If she's agoraphobic, you're going to have to go to her. And apologise. And deal with her shouty parents.

If she's autistic, that going to be a voyage of discovery too. She's not going to be flexible on some things and you are going to have to manage your expectations of life, and manage her.

She may well be worth it but it's not going to be a normal relationship in some respects. Don't expect her to read between the lines. Be straight forward, honest, and literal.
