My mom hit me with a wire, what should I do?

My mom asked me if i did my work and i said i hadn't finished it yet so she asked me to go to her room and she grabbed a wire, twisted it and made me kneel and start hitting me with it. She also got upset because i had snuck out to see my boyfriend, who she disapproves of. I just want her to support me and my relationships. I am 14. My hands have bruises and cuts from the hitting but i dont know what to do. I am scared my father is going to do the same, especially because he is very rough and hit me to the point where i was bleeding.

What you should do is stop sneaking out with your boyfriend and prioritize getting your work done. Adult privileges - such as dating - are EARNED by adopting adult responsibilities. You're ducking out on the responsibilities and then getting upset that you aren't being treated like an adult. What did you expect?

You don't need help from anyone else - YOU have the power to keep your parents from punishing you already: DO WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. If you act responsibly, they'll start treating you as a responsible person, but so far, you've given them little reason to do that.

Call the police and have your parents arrested. That's false imprisonment. It's a felony.
