Am I way to Victorian for the modern world when it comes to dating?

Like when I think of a pick up line I’m thinking If music be the food of love, play on;

Give me excess of it, that, surfeiting,

The appetite may sicken, and so die.

That strain again! it had a dying fall:

That it alone is high fantastical.
