No just some girl at work he’s been acting weird and treating me like crap and talking about sleeping on the couch and just acting off after 7yrs together

No as that would make me very uncomfortable... Especially, if doing it in front of me. I would gently back on out of that relationship. It is very disrespectful and a sign of what your future will be like. And, that he will likely act on one of these someday.
