Does long distance relationship work I mean I kinda get depressed when im not around him and I do over think a lot of stuff?

LDRs are not made for everyone. You’ve got to have the right frame of mind to tolerate the distance, and if you’re a natural worrier or overthinker then this arrangement will be torturous for you. This arrangement is not meant to be permanent or for any real length of time. There should be a silver lining, like maybe you started off in person but now his job requires him travel often, or be gone for an extended amount of time, because then you have an end point to look forward to. Same as with if one of you plans to move closer, or you see each other an adequate amount. When there’s no light at the end of the tunnel, then I believe an LDR will simmer out.

You need the right personalities for it, but it can work; yeah. The best thing you can do is regularly communicate what you're thinking/feeling.
