My ex-husband is not being responsible for anything for my baby boy. I am recovering from having a baby and being abused by his family. What should I do?

I married my ex in 2020. Since his family abused me and I had a stroke, I moved away from them. He abused me too.

I don't contact his family as my sister-in-law abused me when I was pregnant. This is the reason I had a stroke.
