Hello everyone. So my ex broke up with me back in early June ( she thought we were not compatible even though i disagreed) we decided to stay friends on facebook though. Anyhow It's been silent ( no likes, comments or messages) from her for the last month. I've liked a few but not as much as I did when we where together. We'll I decided to post some of my art I've done recently and she gave it a heart reaction and commented "I could stare at your artwork all day." Is she trying to see I still like her and will reach out? I'm not the best at reading womans intentions ( and uselly over read things) when it comes to relationships so I figured I come here and ask for advice.

You’re probably reading into it too much, and I only say that because I do the same thing with my ex. He’s an fantastic visual artist and turns video footage of everyday things he records like car races, people on the street, being on a boat, etc, and turns them into artwork that tell stories. Im in a relationship now, but every time I see him post a video on Snapchat or Instagram I comment to tell him how freaking brilliant he is and how beautiful his art is. So I don’t want to rain on your optimism with this especially since you didn’t want the breakup in the first place, but I don’t think that situation is evidence of her wanting you back. Maybe it’s better to heal now and keep working to move on.

You can not be interested in someone romantically and still appreciate their talent. So many musicians or actors are straight up assholes, but that's not why we love them. I think you're reading too much into and and definitely way too hung up on her. You should try to meet someone new who wants to be with you. doesn't that sound better anyway? Someone who can't stop thinking about you? Who thinks you are compatible? Seriously, ask yourself, do you want to be with a person you thinks you're not a good match for them? You deserve better than that, yknow?
