Great ways to celebrate anniversary if wife works all day?

Me (32) and my wife (34) are celebrating our 17th anniversary together as a couple. We have two daughters (ages 17 and 3).

My wife is a new registered nurse and had to work on our anniversary and she seriously wants to celebrate it despite her being exhausted after working 12 hours.

Any ideas to celebrate?
