How do you typically celebrate your anniversary with your spouse?

We plan a dinner at a restaurant that has delicious food. But sometimes we plan a getaway vacation trip for a few days to somewhere nice.

Last year we drove up to Eureka and Arcata on the northern California coast, visited the redwoods and beaches, and drove through some scenic towns and areas we had never seen before. We ate some wonderful food, too. The trip lasted three full days.

We usually go out to dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, just the two of us. Plus, I buy her flowers. Our anniversary and her birthday are only a few days apart, so we kill two birds with one stone.
