I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this... Do you think flirting with someone is cheating on your existing relationship?
YES.
It is like a recovering porn addict going to check on his favorite porn stars ig page or twitter but with the plans of doing nothing... why even check then... OR going to see if she posted any new vids. You're bullish*ting yourself.
You're getting a taste without the consequences. Trying to get as close as possible without cheating.
It's so disrespectful to your partner. It's even more disrespectful to your partnership.

Nope, only becomes cheating when it's no longer just flirting.
Not for me, but this is a very personal issue, and it completely depends on the feelings of both people in the relationship! Its called cheating because he broke the rules! If the rules say that he can flirt all he wants just don’t ever touch, and don’t ever get the number of someone you were flirting with… then if he flirts, he is by definition NOT cheating, because he’s “playing” within the rules of the “game”!

Does Flirting Count as Cheating?
No, flirting does not count as cheating.
Cheating is defined as being unfaithful to a sexual partner, and flirting is not necessarily sexual in nature. It may be considered playful or innocent behavior, depending on the context and the relationship between the people involved.
While some people may see flirting as a form of betrayal, it is not technically cheating. If you are in a committed relationship, you should discuss with your partner what is appropriate and what is not, to avoid any hurt feelings or misunderstandings.
Is it wrong to flirt while in a relationship?
No, it's not wrong to flirt while in a relationship. In fact, it can be a lot of fun!
Flirting is all about playing with sexual tension and enjoying the attention of someone you're attracted to. It's a way of flirting with the idea of what could be, without actually doing anything that would jeopardize your current relationship.
Of course, there are a few things to keep in mind if you're going to flirt while in a relationship:
- First, you need to make sure that your partner is okay with it. If they're not, then you're crossing a line and you need to respect their wishes.
- Second, you need to be careful not to take things too far. Remember that flirting is just for fun and you don't actually want to cheat on your partner. So if you find yourself getting too hot and heavy with someone else, it's time to back off.
- Finally, be honest with your partner about what's going on. If you're flirting with someone, let them know. There's no need to keep it a secret, because ultimately it's not a big deal.
Flirting is perfectly normal and can be a lot of fun. Just make sure you're doing it with the right person and that everyone involved is comfortable with it.
What is the difference between flirting and cheating?
There is a big difference between flirting and cheating. Flirting is playful and fun. It is a way of showing someone you are interested in them and attracted to them. Cheating is a serious betrayal of trust. It is a way of showing someone you are not interested in them and are attracted to someone else.

I wouldn’t say flirting is cheating necessarily but it is disrespectful to your partner, and could potentially open the door to cheating if the same person is being flirted with regularly.
If your're in relationship? Yes, people think flirting is harmless but it's basically you opening the door to other suitors and possible feelings for someone who isn't your S. O. People say it's not a big deal UNTIL they catch their husband, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend doing it with someone who isn't them which causes anger, jealousy, and trust issues. Most people would not like the idea of their S. O trying to get close to someone else.
Nah. I think flirting is fair game, as long as it doesn't amass to anything. It may lead the other person on though, or confuse them :-/
However, it is rude to do in front of your partner (unless you two have had a previous agreement saying that its ok. Some people are turned on by their partners getting flirted with).
Flirting (by definition) with sexual intentions is cheating. Wanting a chance at getting something out of a back and forth, or allowing it to if it came to that point.
Some people think humorous social banter is cheating, that it is not.
Yes, you are entertaining another person and making them feel as though they have a chance. Not only is it super disrespectful to your partner but it’s embarrassing. Another person should not feel like they can one up your partner.
If it's a casual flirt and nothing serious then, I don't think it will be considered cheating. But respecting your partner and knowing the limits do count.
Depends on how your partner feels about it.. For example, in my own marriage, flirting is not OK for either of us. If she did it, I would likely talk to her about it, if she continued, I would divorce.
I don't give a damn just don't do it in front of me unless you're getting us free drinks
It entirely depends on the relationship and what the couple has defined as cheating,
in my opinion that largely depends on the intend behind it.
Its cheating to me, if it starts being sexual.
If your SO was flirting with someone else, would you feel cheated on?
Depends on how far it goes
Yes, it is. It's a form of infidelity.
yes it is
I don't think so
