Listen, one of my best friends went through something similar, only he was the one to call it quits when she told him she loved him, she was an absolute mess and thought she would never get over him, but she did, it won’t be easy but a guy like him only loves himself, he doesn’t deserve you wasting your life pining for him (and that’s want he actually wants). One piece of advice, really do take a few month for yourself and spend time with your friends, trying to date immediately after will only make it much worse
