My thoughts are "that poor woman was manipulated by society into thinking she doesn't need children to be happy."

Biologically every woman wants children at some point, its in their nature and sex is exactly that which creates children. Men want sex, women want children. If a woman would not want a child she would have to abstain from sex "naturally speaking." Children are natures retirement plan for humans as the children take care of their parents when they are older. "We are taught to do that by them raising us."

Childless women are a socially manipulated creation which only exists because a woman who has children can't do as much work as one without. And women who work pay taxes which gives the government even more money. It prevents companies from racking up even more money if only half of the population would work.

If we ever have human robot AI that can do the same work as 50% of the population then women would be very likely thrown out of the workforce as they are no longer needed for the big Business greedy company. They would still be needed by the government to pay taxes maybe, but I'm sure they could just tax the robot AI too. They would only be seen as people who give birth to the next generation of male workers who do own the Business and work and give birth to daughters who then have children too.

All in all Childless women are actually a danger to the survival of human kind. Every woman who doesn't have a kid is one less. It takes 10 women to have 10 children but it only takes one male to create 10 children.

I'll write something quite shocking now. "If I'd want to eradicate a species then I'd take out the ones who give birth to the species. If I would hunt the males then the species can still live on as long as a handful of females exist but when that number goes down too much is going extinct.

I do apologize if this reply sounded very demeaning to women and their contribution to society but I view things in a way that many can't understand. I don't think about feelings I think in practical terms and have a mostly neutral take on all.

Women's natural role is to have children and for men it is to work. If we want women to also be part of the economy and work while having children we would need to have the family first and have jobs that are not destroying the family unit.

Farmers have one of the most interesting jobs. The woman takes care of the kids and does all on the inside of the home while the man does all on the outside. Both work but who creates the income?

I can understand not wanting kids because I never wanted any.

The idea of passing on my genes and family name was tempting. But I couldn't think of any other motive. I didn't want to sign up for a lifetime of total obligation, service and sacrifice to the health and welfare of children. It sounded like slavery.
I don't even think they are that cute.

I had girlfriends from the time I was 16. I didn't even start to seriously think of finding a life partner until I was in my mid-30s. I finally met my future wife when I was 40. We got married two years later. Neither of us had ever been married, but we had both had fulfilling lives before we met. We've been happily married now for over 25 years and have built a wonderful life together and had lots of fun. We both agree that we're glad not to be burdened by kids.

I wanted a life partner, but not a family.

So, to each their own.

I do believe that there are more options then to simply not having kids and people who choose not to have them are simply inexperienced people who believe they would not be happy, good at it, or not be able to have both a career and family and an enjoyable happy life. I also think we should have more education on how to parenting before kids and learn to be decent humans for our own selves being that it's important to be a person who grows to be better everyday and project that to thier mini humans.

I also think men need to be more involved not just for the kids but themselves. Men should have more time with thier kid's. Men should also not being to opt on of a child's life. This would reduce parentless kids. I think the only kids that should be placed for adoption is kids in severely abusive homes.

Society has a lot of things to work on to help the next generation be much more successful in leading healthier lives for themselves and families.

I am a person that believes there is always a middle solution to life's problems.

So for myself if I was single for the rest of my life I would be open to having no kids, find a sperm donor, or adopt.

Being with someone I would prefer a partner who wouldn't mind either option themselves because it leaves room for possibility without regret. So if it happened it happened if not it didn't.

Funny thing is that's exactly the man I am married to now. :)

Shrug, they just don't want kids I guess. There are men who feel the same way. I was kinda that woman at one point but that was before I got pregnant, now I can't wait to see my baby when she is born. Anyway, I think it's good for people to know if they do or don't want kids. Helps them and the person know what their looking for in a relationship and if they're compatible. Also I rather a person decide/know they never want kids then to create them and just abandon or abort them. So if you know 100% you are never going to have kids, please look into getting a vasectomy or getting your tubes tied. There's also permanent sterilization as option as well. People know this but for whatever reason still refuse to do it.

At this point it's clear birth control pills and condoms are still not enough to stop people from having unplanned pregnancy, so sterilization would be the best option gor them instead relying on abortions and morning after pills.

Honestly I feel sad for them, they are probably gonna regret that decision. I can't imagine living in my 50s, 60s, 70s and hopefully beyond, without any kids and grandkids. Feminism has mind fucked people to the point they believe their jobs and careers are more important than friends and family. And ironically, the people who are most likely to succumb to this capitalist nightmare are communists. People are so quick to trade long-term love and family for short-term 'freedom' (endless sex and meaningless 'relationships' that are more akin to prostitutions) and 'success' (being a glorified wagie).

Its a decision to be made wisely. As long as your point of view is the same as your SO it might end up being worth it. Having a kids or not will not lessen who you are some may say having a kid will make you feel the true womanhood, however some may not agree with it.

I wanted a partner and a family but I have a trauma since I saw my mom delivering my sister before. Having those pain indeed is very scary. She almost had a C section but manage to deliver it in normal way. So if you will asked I don't think right now having a child is a good idea.

I would respect their choice. It is their body and life after all.

But in recent years, it has I feel been more of an issue with finance. Economic and financial difficulties around the world have led a lot of families to this scenario, in particular in places like Japan and now UK/Europe with the cost of living and energy crisis. You cannot ignore the fact that prices have risen across for everything ranging from food, to shelter, schooling and childcare/healthcare. In such an increasingly pricey environment it would seem a wise choice to hold off for the meantime to having kids.

I will say I won’t date a guy who wants kids because he cannot change my mind and I don’t want to be put into a situation of him trying to get me pregnant. Trust me ladies. There are guys like that who exist. Keep your guard up !

I think they're doing the world a service by either being honest with themselves and saying "I'm just not mature enough to handle raising a child", not letting kids be born under toxic roofs and be subjected to child abuse or neglect.

There are so many people out here who have children who really shouldn't be. Several of my old friends from high school being prime examples.

I’m not interested in having children, and it’s never negatively impacted my dating life or sex life. If anything, it’s given me more luck finding relationships or friends with benefits, my current partner doesn’t want kids either so we’re a great fit.

I don't think they are selfish, because procreating your own genes in selfish in and of itself in my opinion! In most countries women are free to make this choice. If they're absolutely sure that they don't want to have kids, then they're doing the right thing for themselves.

They should never be judged for not falling for society's expectations.

It depends, if they're dealing with men who want children then yes. Otherwise it makes no difference.

Maybe those girls like to stay alone and with cats when they're 60, but I like to have at least one child and I like my extented family to be big. It will be a pleasure to be with kids all the time when I get older and have much less energy to work.

I think that they are functioning in opposition of their Intelligent Design. Even the Secularist recognize this as the term Mother Earth 🌍 🌍 🌏 exemplifies. Women give life as a resource that is developed by Family in the natural world. Does this make sense?

I think they'll be less compatible with men who want children. Though, women who want children would be less compatible with men that don't want children. If I can think of a slightly less obvious answer, the ones who don't want children will most likely be less compatible with the majority of men that have traditional beliefs.

Anyway, if they're already really compatible, they could maybe change their opinion and come to an agreement, but I bet that's a bit rare.

Kids are not for everyone. There are people who regret having kids. I ran into a guy i went to high school with and we talked for a while. I told him I had 3 kids and he said he felt that he was too selfish to have kids. He bought a Harley instead. I think everyone has their own preferences.

But human beings are biologically designed to reproduce. That doesn’t mean everybody should be a parent of course. But some people really do regret being childless when they get older.

There is something fulfilling about having kids that only a parent can describe (despite the huge responsibility).

Being smart. This economy there is shortages on almost everything including baby supplies, not to forget the hospital bills if the insurance doesn't want to cover the baby or the delivery. This economy is inhospitable to having a new baby, so it is smarter to survive till economy stabilizes enough to have one. If she swore off having any children all together, it is great for her overall health. For those who sterilize, adoption is always an option.

It seems to me like a very honest approach and they have every right to do it. Actually, I think people who don’t want to have kids should definitely never have them because if they do, they’re usually terrible parents.
being a parent myself though, I just can imagine how much would I have regretted not having kids. That’s the best decision I’ve made and there’s no way you understand what it means until you have them.
