I think it’s normal to keep it low key but not a secret. If your friends don’t even know that you’re in a relationship then it can be a bit suspicious.

Yes for some because not everyone wants everyone in their Business all the time. Especially if I’m not sure it is going to be worth the trouble for my friends to meet her..,. She can see videos pics etc but that is it ‼️

Not sure if a secret is normal but keeping it personal is. Especially at the start it’s nice to figure things out yourself without influence

It's normal, but to an extent. Do you mean keeping your partner a secret? Because that's gatekeeping or bagging or keeping what's going on in the relationship secret because that's normal! I think privacy is excellent in relationships. But gatekeeping your partner is a no-no.
