Like in a relationship or you just move on and let go? There is this friend who lets say had some sort of a relationship with a woman. He said they had something in between ( a girlfriend but not like a girlfriend) and they both had been talking to each otehr for quite a while. Something happened between them that they had to separate but for soem reason the guy who is in his mid 30`s can't let go of her, it is hard for him to let go, he told me he says he will give her some space, no pressure or anything in hopes she will go back to him again eventually, beause he does not want to loose her, like I asid they are not in a formal relationship.
He said she is not his girlfriend but he does not know what to do. He said he did not let her go, beause he does not want to and it is hard to explain what is between them.
Then today talking to this friend again he was explaining to me over text about a new recipe he did from South America. Then he added he will like to travel to Colombia next year in some month of the year not precisely January, and he hoped this lady will go with him. I replied to him: "Well in 5 months anything can happen between you two and you can't predict the future" and he told me: Yes I know that is why Im taking it slow and give her space"
Then I teased him and told him "Well in the meantime have fun" Then he said "Im not doing that. Then my next question was "You would wait for her even if you know things may not work in the long run?" and my friend response was: "Yes, beause she is worth waiting".
Now if you guys or girls were in a similar situation like this friend Would you wait as much as it takes for this person or not? Like I preivously said they are not like in a formal relationship he says she is not really his girlfriend but not a BBF either, she is a bit more than a BFF.
So what the heck is that kind of relationship is? And will you wait a long period of time for a love one?
