For want of a better way to put it, "positive energy". They're not bitter and twisted, they still know how to enjoy themselves, and they're more fun and adventurous, and have more interests. They don't have a lot of commitments, and they're not worrying about careers, mortgages, children, etc - so anything you want to do, like go travelling for 6 months, you just go do it.
Obviously they're vastly more physically attractive too, which doesn't hurt.
