What does it mean when a guy crush watches all of your stories? Does he like me? Please read description?

So this guy has been staring at me for a while. I actually noticed him because he always stares at me. sometimes he will even smile. In large crowds he always caught my eye somehow. Eventually In my mind im like 'okay this can't continually be a coincidence'. So that's when I was aware of his existence. I looked into him online and our friend circles are different but they overlap. His friends always speak to me and say hello but he never does. One day I looked into my story views and saw him on the list. I didn't know we were following each other online. I am on social media a lot and I post on my stories frequently. I sometimes post long stories and he would watch every single one. This has been going on for months now. One time he even put a heart in my story replies. But he's never approached me when we are both in the same places. Is he into me? is he shy? I mean I wouldn't reject him if he approached me.

he's also not a big social media person. he NEVER posts. and he's not online a lot either so the fact that he is in my story views consistently is interesting lol
