Guys, if a guy has watched every instagram story of mine and hearted almost all of them for a year, does he like me romantically?

He messages me pretty often and gives a lot of compliments. I think the most peculiar thing that has happened so far- He’s a musician and to support him I ordered a shirt of his (which you could customize your last name on the back) so he messaged me to ask if I wanted my name printed on it and showed me a picture of one with his last name as an example. I told him I was fine since I have a bland last name, but then he messaged me the next day saying he accidentally ordered it forgetting to take his own last name off and he couldn’t cancel it, but would send another. I told him I’d like it however it came and I didn’t want him to go through the extra trouble. He seemed happy with that response, and I’ve always wondered if that was intentional on his part
