but if any of them had said something like it, I know they would be wrong... they would not know better than me

no, I could be not wrong at all... I am very selective about whoever I get involved with, which by the way, have not been that many either

also no, they never had a neutral view.. . they were always "happy with my choices"

@Guy__ not sure I would call it lucky, lol

but in my early teens I was extremely shy, still insecure and also had to battle depression

things got incredibly better as I grew up towards age 16 but then at that age I had a girlfriend for all the high-school years and was definitely not a "bad choice"

by the time I was around 18/19 and single again for some months... I was able to keep my hormones on check... lol

My mom didn't say it like that, but she basically told me it just wasn't going to work out and she was right.
