My boyfriends mom never says hello when she messages me, she just asks me if I heard from her son (my boyfriend). what do I do?

I’m so overly nice to this woman and she’s so rude and when she talks to him she’s like “ya Amanda was messaging me” not that we were talking back and forth for like a little bit, she always wants to make it seem to her son (my boyfriend) that I’m bothering her

It all depends on what type of relationship you'd like with her. If you're quite happy the way things are, then simply direct her to the best way to contact her son and wish her a wonderful day as you are busy.
If you'd like to grow a relationship with her, then you ask her for a minute and you tell her how it sincerely makes you feel when she doesn't ask how you are.
You don't have to take bad behaviour if you perceive it as bad behaviour. You always reserve the right to your personal freedom, Emotionally.

Don’t trouble yourself expecting certain words of affirmation. Every individual is different as you’re different. As along as she is not purposefully trying to make you feel bad, you’re good. May be she talks less and talks straight to the point. If you don’t feel getting along super close to his mom, like vibe with her then don’t get close. Just do what you have to do.
