Guys and girls. What would you do if you felt a connection with your manager who was married and had kids with their spouse, but you could feel it?

In my situation my manager is a male, with a wife and kids but the question refers to everyone in a similar situation.
So back in March I never considered my manager attractive, so he must of done hell of a lot of flirting if I’m now finding myself head over heels in love with him. But I can feel this connection, a magnetic pull, every time I distract my mind and get over this he’s always finding a way back in, when we’re apart it’s like he’s here with me and I’m there with him, when we’re together we always wind up in the same place at the same time, we get moments where we stare into each other’s eyes and smile, he’ll be playful with me and call me a bunch of pet names that he never calls anyone else. When we hugs it definitely feels romantic. He only has ever mentioned his kids to me, and he’s mentioned his wife once when he started last year 2021 and once this year 2022 but that’s it, he talks to other staff about his wife but not me. And now I’m stuck.

If he's being unfaithful to his wife, chances are he's going to do it to you to. Are you okay with that?

I personally wouldn't act on any of those feelings. He's married and has kids. Things would be super messy and dramatic.
It's definitely not going to be like a fairy tale if you did end up hooking up.
These are the things you have to consider too, not just how you feel.

@bexxiib Hey girl, I understand you. We all go through trial and errors, that's how life works. Some people who rejected you doesn't mean you're gonna be rejected by all men.

I've been pursued by a married man before and I avoided him at all costs.. even lured me gifts 💀 But it's your job as a responsible woman to avoid this type of man. A married man will love you behind the curtains, see you in secret, kiss you in secret, it will all be secret until you feel miserable and unloved. Think about his family, wife, and his children who's relying on him. Think about how these children will think of you. Think about how your family and friends will think of you.

I know you feel strong about this guy, but instead of pursuing your happiness, this is a disaster. You're single, and I think you're a beautiful lady. You deserve a single man and I'm sure there's a lot out there that you haven't met yet. (There's a lot, you just gotta look. 👀) You can actually build chemistry with anyone in time. Don't let your feelings with this married man deceive you. Avoid this man, for his family and for your own sake. I have to be frank with you, but you need to use your brain in this situation. Your heart cannot save you.

Thank you so much 🙂 obviously it’ll be a bit difficult because we work together but I can do everything in my power not to run into him, if I do I go and do something else. It’ll make him understand too that I don’t want a married man. I wouldn’t of minded if he was single and had kids but he’s married and he also needs to think about his wife and kids. I’m not going to waste my time waiting for him to do something if he felt the same way. Thankfully we haven’t got that far.

Seems like a conversation is in order. Tell him what you've observed. Find out if he's really flirting with you and avoiding talking about his wife/family with you. See where it leads.

I ran out of space to continue. I’m stuck as in I work with him, I see him ever time I’m on shift, every time I try to distract myself he’s always finding a way back into my mind, and physically, every time I try to disappear he seems to always be wherever I go. That’s what I mean by stuck.
