Do you think most guys would cheat in this situation?

So my friend is in a long distance relationship. They were together 4 months when they decided to go long distance to study. Its been 3 and a half years and they are still long distance and they have only seen eachother 3 times in 3 and a half years. But they plan to move in together next month... I am just worried for her as I just dont feel like her guy would be loyal for that long especially considering they have only seen eachother 3 times for a few days. Im worried she might get hurt and I think there is a strong chance her guy may be cheating. She says she doesn't care what he does and that theyre relationship will start properly when they are living together. What do you think about her attitude and the situation? I just dont want her to get hurt.

It's tough because long distance relationships are almost always a huge gamble. If she's at the stage of admitting that she "doesn't care what he does" then she probably might expect something to happen anyways, or that something already is happening.

And it very likely is. If you show me a man with a functioning set of balls on this planet who can go 3 years without sex, I'll believe in anything. I would say that your friend is probably just cautiously optimistic, and there isn't really anything glaringly destructive with the relationship provided she seems aware of what's going on.

In that situation, honestly it has nothing to do with u. I understand your concern for your friend but if it's not a problem to her then it shouldn't be a problem to u, especially if it's HER relationship. If all fails and it doesn't work out, all you need to do is be the friend that's there for her, a shoulder for her to cry on. I understand your worry but it's also not great to assume, yes sometimes people cheat in long distance but it's not 100% in all cases. You shouldn't even be saying things like that to your friend, assuming her boyfriend is cheating if u have no proof at all, then it'll look like you don't want her to be happy, no matter the outcome, it's her decision.
