Why did my friends with benefits friendzoned me?

I'll refer to my friends with benefits as Martha. My soon to be ex girlfriend cheated a bit over a year ago. I'm going to dump her today or tomorrow. As time went by, I've realized that's not something I could handle. I would still experience triggers on every song involving romance, movies, etc.

3 months ago, I had a revenge affair with Martha. I knew her from HS and we used to keep as just friend back then. Then we reconnected and started clicking too. It was suppose to be for revenge but I ended up liking her too. I get the sad news days ago that she wants to go back to being just platonic friends. I've been friendzoned. My plan basically backfired. Why? Why did you friendzoned me? What went wrong... we were cliking?

Usually, they have another friends with benefits that is getting more intimate or they meet a guy who is chasing them for who they are. There been no sex and she likes that. It’s hard to know. Did you ask her⁉️

I think it's a common, cute name. Off course her name is not Martha but over here I'll refer her with that name. Meanwhile my soon to be ex girlfriend will be refer to as the sloot.
I'm going to soon dump the sloot and trying talk to Martha. I sucks that she friendzoned me. My plan was to then try dating Martha and rubbed it in the sloot's face ''You cheated first but look what I got, a nicer, prettier girl, gotcha''.
