How much do you want to be in a romantic relationship?

As a young person, I wanted a guy so much, even as an 18 year old, and now it’s like, good single and also with a guy, I care more about kindness and intelligence now then I did in the past, when facial beauty was all that mattered to me.

I want to be in one really badly. I miss the feeling of being embraced by a girl, I miss the cuddles, I miss the supportive words and I miss the feeling of giving love, as well as being loved.

But I also recognise that I am not in a place in life where I can successfully keep a relationship going.

I need to get a firmer grip on my emotions.
I want to finish my studies and get a job.
I want to be able to support myself first.
I need to be more mature.
I have to become less self-centred.
I have to get more friends first.

There are so many more things I need to get better at before actually getting serious about a relationship.

So I am putting it on hold for now. I'm willing to give it a shot, but its not really on my priority list. Good things are worth the wait, and good things are worth working for.

Try the "nerdy", "less confident" guys in their 20s if you don't mind the age difference. Most of them are the mix of "mature enough" that wants something serious but not a player that will play with you and leave you when he gets boring.

Tho, these guys are not very hot so if you care about that, it will not do.

Not that much. My happiness was the same when I was in a relationship as when I was single. My stepfather would still criticise me even if I had a romantic partner. I just want to marry Noura and live happily ever after. Noura’s not my girlfriend, as She lives in a separate continent, but still.
