So I've been seeing a guy for a few months now. We get along so well, we travelled together but recently he's been distant. He had a long term relationship before me and they did raise kids together so he's still involved in their lives. But he still gets so affected by what his ex does. He's been going through something the past couple of weeks which I understood and I want to be there for him. But I'm not sure if he's aware that in the process he's pulling away from me and creating a rift. He still talks to me but it doesn't feel the same. So my question is, is he aware of what he's doing to us? Or is this him and how he processes things?
