recently he has become very touchy yet between us, there is really nothing, it's platonic, flat as an iron, at least I think.
Well, legally speaking, now you’re his property. But did he write on you with a pen or pencil or washable marker? Because if it washes off then technically you can’t be claimed as his property. If it’s permanent marker, good luck proving it in court because possession is 9/10s of the law. Best thing to do is find a good lawyer or wash off the ink.

That's a weird behaviour. My best guess is that he's not looking for anything serious but he got horny at the moment and didn't know how to behave (I mean... Duhh!! Who gets physical like that 🤣 weird..).
