it has been 20 years so far, for me... and still... no romantic feelings for my closest and best friend, a girl

maybe it is due to the fact that we were just friends... and also that, I always had a girlfriend of my own, and she had a boyfriend of her own, but we were still friends to one another and definitely spent a lot of time together and without them, still... no romantic feelings whatsoever

but maybe other people had very different experiences with these things
