My girlfriend forgot to tell me about her tomorrow's journey. Should I react?

She's my neighbour. She study in college which is 9 hours train journey from here. She came home 2 days ago and said she'll go back on Tue or Wed.

At morning she said she's thinking about going tomorrow and I told her to go on Tuesday as she won't get seat in train on Monday as it's a busy day after weekend.

Now it's Sunday 10pm here. she went to bed and I asked why she's sleeping early. She said "Did you know, I'm going back tomorrow !"

After confirming, She packed her bags, told her friends, parents and forgot to tell me. Should I react? What should I tell/do?

I think the point is her life and plans are none of your Business. You should ask her directly, however, she made Plans without informing you of the outcome. Good luck with her.
