What is it called when you are afraid to move in with your partner?

My boyfriend is starting to talk more serious about moving in together. For some reason I have this feeling of fear deep down inside me eventhough I've been wanting to move in with him for years now. Why am I having this feeling?

Also when you're basically sleeping over at each other's place every night it's probably time to move in together.
It's probably a bad idea to move in together If you find that you don't miss that person, you don't want to sleep together every night, and you don't love them. You're happier being single.

My boyfriend and I have plenty of that. I miss him basically as soon as he steps out the door. But, I don't know if he feels the same as me.
